Owner Kathy started as a bather in 1984, became a professional groomer in 1986, and bought Best Friends Pet Salon in 2008. Today she and the team, including Kristin and Madison, take the time to learn every pet's personality, and they're gentle with the anxious, older and high-energy dogs other salons turn away. No hidden fees, fair prices and real care.
